Personal data submitted via application forms, email, or WhatsApp (name, year/date of birth, citizenship, playing position, sports CV, contact details, and passport copy upon formal admission request) are processed solely to evaluate player eligibility, respond to admissions or trial inquiries, issue personalized Service Agreements (Acuerdo de Servicios), admission letters, and official invoices, and measure aggregate website usage via Google Analytics 4.
Processing is based on explicit user consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) and pre-contractual / contractual execution (Art. 6.1.b GDPR). Data are not sold to third parties and are retained only for the duration necessary to handle the inquiry or fulfil statutory Spanish accounting and sports federation obligations. All official agreements and invoices are issued directly under Nextstars F.C. (CIF G72244502) after receipt of the applicant's passport copy and program selection. Under Spanish Royal Decree RD 1155/2024, 6-month and 10-month programs at Nextstars in Cádiz are available exclusively to EU/EEA citizens, while short-term residential programs up to 90 days (2 weeks, 1 month, 3 months) are open to international and EU players aged 14–22.
